Selecting Metric or Imperial Units

1. Tap on the menu button and select "Settings".

 

2. Scroll down to the "UNITS" section.

 

3. To select metric units, check the box next to Metric Units. For imperial units, uncheck the box.

Note: The units displayed on maps cannot be changed. Only USGS maps are in feet, all other maps are in metric units.

 

This change of units only adjusts the measure of distance within the app.
