Common Questions

  • If your phone is in airplane mode, the GPS won't operate, and Gaia can't locate you, though some Android phones are able to run GPS in airplane mode, by example Google Nexus S I9020T (3G T-Mobile version).
  • The compass in your phone will not work if you are in a car or near metallic objects.
  • You can contact us with any questions in the app by going to Menu > Settings > User Manual and Support and tapping the chat bubble in the upper right. Or send us an email to support@gaiagps.com.
