Take or Add a Picture

From the main map screen, you have two options to create a picture waypoint:

1. Select the Record Button in the stats bar , and tap the camera icon (if you are recording a track , this picture will be added to your track line).

 


2. Tap the Waypoint icon and select "Take Picture"

 

Take the picture, then select "Use Photo" or "Retake" (Retake deletes the picture you just took and returns to the camera).

 


You can find your pictures in the Saved Waypoints section of the app.

On gaiagps.com, your pictures are stored under Photos .


You can also add a photo to an existing waypoint or track, from your camera roll or by taking a picture with the app. Simply tap the photo icon in the data details screen .
